Which AL team has the best shot at the Wildcard?

I see the Rangers taking it. Not because I am a fan, but I can see their pitching has improved so much. Their batting has been inconsistent this year and that is pretty much their only downside. Any one of those teams can take it because all are good.

Right now it is probably the rangers there playing good all around baseball the red sox pitching is a question mark and were not sure exactly how there hitting is going to come along there slumping really bad but the rangers seem to be pulling it together the rays look like they are having a very nice shot. But there going to have to out duel the rangers in the end we can only wait and see to what team comes out on top but right now I am leaning towards the rangers.

The Sox are dying out, so I think it's a tight race between the Rays and Rangers. I really want it to be the Rays, it just depends on how consistent they are in the last part of the season. They have what it takes to get ahead of the Rangers, but they have to learn how to use it on a regular basis.

Rangers and Rays both have the bats to do it, and the pitching is there for the most part. I think the Rangers can do it, if they can't end up taking the division from the Angels. If they do, then I say Rays get WC... but you said assuming no div lead changes....

Red Sox lost it weeks ago the Rangers have tough schedule ahead one 6-4 streak and the Rays can take their spot the Rays if it hadn't been for the bad start would be leading or tied with the Yankees.

i think the rangers will the redsox have the toughest second half schedule in baseball the sox will play the rangers soon and the sox are 1-5 against them this year

They will be facing the Red Sox and TB soon so we will see what happens.

i say the rangers unless they comeback and take the AL West. But i feel that texas is gonna be in the playoffs

I don't know why, but I have a funny feeling that it's gona be the Texas Rangers.
