how to loose weight any ideas?

ok i have been eating healther, less and i have been exerciseing but i have gone up 5 pounds and it looks like i have gotten bigger, i have gotten two inches taller but i still down no y i whould get bigger? help

    Any ideas? Let me think...you posted in a category called Diet & Fitness...do you really think no one has ever asked "how do I lose weight" here before?

    Your question has been answered literally hundreds of times...just peruse the category (you could've saved yourself 5 pts)

    ome things

    white bread SWITCH to wheat if your not eating it already

    don't drink whole milk anymore maybe try soy or low fat milk for your cereal

    nothing greasy bake or grill your meats

    don't drink drinks made with added sugars soda,juices,sweet tea...........

    you need to be eating 7000 calories less per week so if you eat 500 calories less a day and burning 500 extra calories a day.you should also check out how many calories you need to stay the same weight and then subtract 500 from it

    green beans

    salad bags

    carrots

    asparagus

    spinach you can make Peta pockets with spinach and veggies it like a pinch pie minus the calories and fat

    ever make home made chow mein with veggies its only 160 calories per cup

    veggie burgers are good

    chicken is always good but it depends how you make it never fry it or put it in oil the best way to cut it is to grill it taste good and is good for you

    if you don't have a grill you can get a small one at job lot or just about anywhere

    do you eat breakfast if you don't you should start now

    also you should be eating 5-6 times a day its easy

    1breakfast 2 lunch 3 snack 4 dinner 5 snack

    you should exercise at least 30 minutes a day 7 days a week or 45 minutes 4 times a week

    keep eating healthy and exercising. join an exercise class. if it looks like you have gotten bigger, you have probably gained muscle.
