What the hell is "Twitter"?

It's basically the Facebook status feed without the rest of Facebook and you're limited to only 140 characters. People often update (or "tweet") with news stories about celebs and politics, random thoughts, and the ever-popular "what I'm doing at this very moment" status. I kid you not when I say there are people who update every hour just to say things like, "Got into the cab," "Saw an ugly haircut," or "Just walked past a bookstore." I sometimes see it as a conversation where everyone's talking but nobody's listening.

why is everybody up in fingers over this? the child swore in the course of her speech. she don't have. all she has to do to get her degree is write a letter of apology, which she refuses to do. what's improper with this global in these days? is it improper to appear for somewhat recognize and accountability out of our scholars? her father and mother are a shame for backing her on this. she will have to simply write the apology observe and watch her language someday.
