buy a conveneance store that sells lotto tickets and check them all out and find all the wining tickets

option two

go on the lotto's website and look at the most frequently won numbers and try those

option three

get a lot friends or co-workers and get them to put in a pool of money to buy tickets and offer to split any winnings

option four

buy, buy, and buy

and lastly option five

go and to one of those people who somehow win the lottery twice and beat the answer out of one of those cheaters

They say you are more likely to get struck by lightning then win the lottery. I always wondered about the park ranger in the guinness book of world records. This park ranger was stuck by lightning 7 different times.

Realize this: The lottery companies take FIFTY PERCENT of all money that comes in. In other words, for every $100,000 that is spent on lottery tickets, only $50,000 gets paid back to winning tickets. It is IMPOSSIBLE to come up with a system or strategy of any sort that can overcome a 50% take!
