Checking into hotels under 21?
Does anyone know of any chain hotels that let someone under the age of 21 check in? I'm 20 and only a few months away from being 21 but they still will not gve me a room.

Because you can't legally be held to the same standard of responsibility until you are 21, most will not rent to you until you are. If you can find someone who is willing to register for you, using their credit card, listing you as a registered guest, you could check in to most hotels, but the person signing the registration would be held liable for any damage or other costs you incur.
Because hotels are private property, they can refuse service if they think you will be partying or damaging the rooms.

FYI: For all thoe who say they have been under no circumstances asked their age whilst checking in, the inn exams government issued identity which exhibits the age. maximum if no longer all states, even have some sparkling seen be conscious on the identity if the guy is decrease than 21.
