How do i make school uniforms look cute?

put matching ribbons in your hair and you could wear those cute knee-high socks with the skirt with your high tops or something and just get colors that go together.

I have the same problem; but at least you have choices of bottoms and you can wear sneakers and flats of all colors .

i quess you can put really cute headbands on or clips that are colorful and match your shoes . Or msybe suspenders or kneehighs or tights

I'd say wear the skirts with bright color tights and then wear cute big colorful headbands that match :)
