Am I competitive to get OTS with these credentials and AFOQT scores?
Pilot - 54
Navigator - 46
Acad Aptitude - 40
Verbal - 48
Quantitative - 38
I have a 3.8 GPA with a bachelor in Business Management. 3 Letters of recommendation. (1 from a SEAL, One from navy special ops, and one retired from the AF after 20 years). I have also currently been working for 8 years dealing with chemistry. I hear they look at all these but I am nervous putting in to the board because my scores are average...can anyone give some advice? (I don't want to be a pilot or anything)

Those are pretty average scores, for sure. See if you can take it again before you apply, but don't worry too much. With your GPA and recommendations you should be able to get into OTS. They tend to look for engineers the most in OTS, so your degree will probably be the deciding factor above the rest.
