You will either need to go to your local DMV to have the restriction removed or online. The restriction could be due to your age, eyesight, or a physical condition.

GO TO TEXAS DMV WEB SITE AND LOOK FOR RESTRICTED LICENSE INFORMATION -IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 THERE COULD BE THE AGE RESTRICTION OR PREVIOUS VIOLATIONS YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY

What restriction is it that remains? How do you know it shouldn't be there? Have you given any thought about asking the Texas DMV, why it is there?
