Is drinking too much milk bad?

i usually drink alot of milk for breakfast and casually. i drink maybe 4 glasses a day. Is drinking too much bad because someone told me you can get fat off of it?

    I don't think that drinking 4 glasses of milk a day is bad for you. It's fulll of protein and calcimum, magnesium and the like... Have you started gaining weight?? that is the question and this all depends on your energy expenditure during the day.

    I have heard that milk is usually better for people training as gatorade as it has all the vitamins, minerals, a fair amount of water content and the proteins which keep you feeling fuller longer.

    But anyway just keep drinking it. If you start gaining weight then maybe you can consider watering it down a bit or just up your activities levels.

    Yeah, milk is pretty high in fat. If you absolutely have to drink it, try to drink skim. Better yet, drink water. Milk is not as healthy as people would have you believe....

    You should do a little research. Milk is full of cow pus and blood from the milking machines, as well as growth hormones that are fed to the cows so that they produce more. It's pretty sick actually.

    Also, humans are not meant to drink milk. We can until age two or three (our mother's milk) and then we stop producing the enzyme which breaks down the lactose. This is why so many people are lactose-intolerant. Think about it, does any other creature drink the milk of another, except for humans? Nooo....that should tell you something.

    Milk is extremely good for you. People who drink milk also tend to be leaner. There are really no cons but a lot of pros. So keep it up.

    Drinking milk is really good for you, especially if you choose 1% (means that it's 99% fat free) or skim (it means it's non-fat). This way you get all the benefit and enjoyment, without any of the fat.

    Too much of anything is bad, but I wouldn't worry. When my boyfriend gets his hands on milk, he goes through maybe 6 quarts in one go..D:

    I think you'll be fine lol. If you feel you start to get stomach aches though, I'd hold back on it.

    you can if you do not do some thing that much four cups is not a big deal or even 4 gkasses its not a big deal dont worry about getting fat

    It's not a great idea to have tons of it.

    I am a vegetarian/ part vegan. I stopped drinking milk completely a couple months ago, and my acne, and any or all zits totally went away. So that tells you that it affects your body in its negative ways.

    It's high in calories. So, yes, you can get fat from drinking too much.

    No I drink a gallon of milk everyday. ^ ^ It's good for your bones and helps your digestive track.
