i want a new style,

I think you should get it cut a few inches below your shoulders. Also, get side bangs at about the length of your nose. Get choppy layers and straighten it. I like the color but if you wanted to change it get it a few shades darker.

Your hair is a gorgeous color I wouldn't suggest messing with that. You could get a bob with angled bangs http://www.hairstylestalk.com/images/nicole-richie... or even a lob if you aren't so set on going so short.
