What is the harbor by Mole Park?

I remember I went on this ship and toured the area and passed by Mole Park. Does anyone know the dock where you get on the ship? All I remember is that there was a cafe/restaurant that sold potato waffles.

Mole Park is former 'G' St. Pier, now with great Fish Market restaurant -
