hey guys i am using phone hogs FREE phone card numbers.
and somehow its not wroking.
okay so i dial, the 1-800 - *** -**** number then after that it tells me to enter the PIN number..so i do..BUT after that it says somehting like " you have "insifishent"(something like that, cant really tell) fund remaining to place this call."? it doesnt tell me to dial the area code.
NOTES
- i just joined today
- its my 1st time
- i havent visited any other there partnered websites
- i havent got it to work so i can call anybody.

I'm sure you've heard the term: "You get what you pay for."
This free phone card you obtained isn't going to have any real value to it . So when you are trying to place a call, the call is probably going to cost more than the card is worth.
That's why you are getting the message that there is insufficient funds.
"Insufficient" means 'Not enough'.
"Funds" means 'Value'.
Not enough value on the card to make a call.
Stay in school and don't do drugs.
