Were you Emancipated? Then again I left home when I was 16 and lived with my grandparents because of my father's anger problems. I wouldn't worry about it. If something comes up, it's more or less your father gave you permission to live with another family member.
Or as they say...what they don't know won't hurt them.

As long as your parents assign guardianship in court it is legal. It is NOT legal if you just move out. Guardianship designates financial support, it gives the guardian legal right to get you proper medical care if you should get sick or hurt. It gives your Guardian the right to enroll you in school. Without guardianship your brother won't be able to enroll you in school and you will be considered a "drop out". Without guardian ship if you should get sick (the flu) your brother won't be able to take you to the doctor or get you medications without legal guardianship. If you were to need live saving surgery your brother could not sign for you without legal guardianship.

I guess it is because it's you're brother . If you're fine with it and he's fine with it ( your brother) . Then there's no problem !
But, Always remember ..
"Anything begun in anger, Ends in shame"
The negative part of shifting is that you will not have a good relationship with your parents and family .

Well, your a minor even if your about to be 16. You could just get your insurance stuff in case you get hurt while your "visiting" but not really visiting. Then if there is an emergency they can take you to the ER. But you would have to have that stuff.

Yes your brother would need something to say he is your parent/guardian.

Yes, I thik that it is, just as long as you are going to a safe place, BUT, your father is still legelly responsible for you and he needs to pay child support if you are living someplace else.
