printers won't work on my computer?
I took computer in to have virus removed and now none of the printers I have tried to install will work on it including the original one that came with computer.I keep getting a message I need a printer driver for each one yet they have been installed each time and printers still won't work.
HELP!
Please don't tell me to turn off,unplug,reboot.Stupid stuff like that is obvious and a waste of my time.
resetting to factory settings doesn't work,yes all 3 printers I have tried work on other computers but this one,I can scan into computer with an all-in-one but not print off with same machine.All other devices USB plug in and work fine.

try turning your computer off. then unplug the printer from the computer and then turn your computer back on and wait until its done booting up. after that plug your printer back into your computer and then turn on the power. there should be a box that pops up saying new hardware found. just follow the instructions and it should work.
