Take slope-intercept form and start plugging things in.
You have a point (-7,0) so x = -7, y = 0, and m = 2
y = mx + b
0 = 2(-7) +b
0 = -14 + b
14 = b
b is the y-intercept, so your answer is 14

the y intercept would be at (0,14)
the m means how you move on the graph
m=2 means 2/1
you go up 2 and to the right one from your starting point
which was (-7,0)
