Try stretching it will not only make you more fitter while give yougreat stamina to walk the 18 holes out easily

Stamina = supple oxygen rich muscles = Stretching = increased oxygenated nourishing blood flow to the extremities

Oxygen carries the energy for the the stamina

The key is to increase blood flow to the problem area; fresh nourished blood has vital oxygen

and energy that aides to eliminate the pain and heal the body

The only way to get reinforcements inside our highly complex human body is through the

Circulatory systems that provide vital source needed for all life -- which is oxygen and the

    carrier being blood.

Unfortunately the blood through your arteries is not like free flowing water through a plumbing

System -- the blood needs to be pushed into the remote areas and the impure blood needs to be

Pumped back against gravity to the heart for oxygenation. Due to lack of activity or stress or sedentary / busy life style

Stretching is not occurring and there is a blood traffic jam in the pipes (thereby increasing free radicals in the impure blood #1 aging accelerator ) and blood circulation weakens which causes several chronic ailments like

Back pain , stress, fatigue , depression , lethargy , aging , early wrinkles , low immunity etc…

The only way to fix this is by stretching and widening the circulatory pipes this can be done by using a new smash hit stretching tool that is so simple and yet phenomenally effective .

They say that a dog is the best piece of exercise equipment you can have. Your dog won't care if the weather is lousy, or if you're tired from working all day; you have to take the dog for his walk, no matter what. Built-in motivation.

Walking is one of the best aerobic exercises, and it's something that (pretty much) anyone can do. It doesn't require ANY specialized equipment....all you need is a pair of comfortable shoes, which is probably even cheaper than a $900 set of clubs. Over weeks and months, yes, you'll increase your energy level, and you'll be more physically fit overall. As a bonus, your dog will be more fit, too. And if you walk your dog on paved surfaces, you won't have to worry about getting him manicured/pedicured very often, because his toenails will be kept at a perfect length (friction).

You might try clocking a distance---say, a half-mile---by driving your car along the route you intend to take. Then you can keep a journal of how many miles you've walked every day (or week or month), and you can try to improve your completion time if you want to.

    Hello fellow golfer!

Walking the dog will definitely help your stamina. It all depends how often you go walking. If you go everyday then you should get a difference in a few weeks.

If you want to spice things up a bit you can even take your dog running! My dog loves to run and you get even more exercise!

Absolutely. The more exercise you get the better. Once just walking him is easy, try a longer route, or find some hills to go up. Try walking a little faster. Then try walking a little faster up hill. Every little improvement helps. When you go out on the course it will make walking from green to green a piece of cake.

i could but to improve stamina you need to jog and run and workout getting stronger is a good way...

with a dog jog to one point and run as fast as you can to another point the repeat everyday and push your self too because you have to push your body so it can build stamina and you can run walk and do anything with out getting tired.....

Ughh i hate users that just advertise websites T_T. ANYWAYS, it does help alot, and the dog will enjoy it to. Try speed walking for a bit then slowing down and continue doing this. So you keep an even pace going.

you sound crazy relax. weight loss is about feeling healthy and doing it the SAFE way if you're hula hooping with blunt spikes.. something is wrong. and if you know it hurts your bones.. then it must mean you aren't overweight to the point you need to go overboard on the exercise and eating. 1. crunches are great. 100 crunches in the morning will get you great abs and you'll get rid of any extra stomach fat you don't want 2. the hula hoop-- get rid of that thing! hula hoops are GREAT.. when they don't have the blunt spikes! that's just crazy. I can't believe they even make that. Hula hooping is a good thing for your waist so get yourself a real hula hoop. go to a sporting goods store. i got one at effinger's sporting goods, and it has a weight in it so it makes it more effective. 3. the jogging is a great way to lose fat, and the fact you're doing it with your dog shows you have to do on schedule so your dog can do his business while you do yours. great bonding with them 4. ballet is PERFECT for muscle tone. keep that up. 5. START EATING BREADS AGAIN!! If you want to maintain enough energy to complete your exercises you need bread! *by skipping fortified bread and cereals, you're missing out on FOLATE which can lead to an increase in the amino acid HOMOCYSTEINE-- which INCREASES YOUR RISK OF A HEART ATTACK AS MUCH AS 200%! * ----ALSO---- later on when you want to have a baby, you will increase the chance of your baby having a birth defect* 6. Sweets like hershey bars and sugary soda/juice drinks are bad for you, however, don't stop cold turkey. eventually you will crave them, and you will gain weight in the snap of a finger. Try to limit yourself to one dessert a day, and it can be under 250 calories like you said. 7. Fruits and Veggies.... CLEARLY thats great to eat I think you sound determined and you will see results in 2 months.. but don't expect to see them dramatically instantly. It takes time to lose weight. Try weighing yourself once a week and record it so you can see the difference. Losing 1 pound is great.. so don't get discouraged if you don't lose as much as you want.

No i'm sorry. I run track and a good way to improve your stamina is to go for a night time jog everynight. I do it rain/snow/sleat/howl. Try it you'll find out it realy works. If you get time help me with my question too thanks.

    Yes over time

  • 1 decade ago

Yes...running will help more, but walking will help, especially as an alternative to a more sedentary approach.
