Can someone please help me?

I am referring to a commercial on TV - the fruit of the loom guys. One is an apple, one is a bunch of purple grapes and one is a bunch of green grapes. But what is the leafy guy. Is he cilantro, parsley, or what? Do any of you Seniors know who he is supposed to represent? I put this in Seniors but all are welcome to answer. Thank you.

CJ...Great question!!! The leafy guy is just that, a leafy guy. If you were to look at the FOL logo, you'll see leaves around the other fruit. I guess the leaves are just a garnish.
