What will the Eagles do with Michael Vick?
I just heard last night that the Eagles signed Michael Vick, but they already have Donovan McNabb at QB, so what are they gonna do with Vick? Run the wildcat offense or what?

Vick's going to be under the tutelage of Donovan McNabb and Andy Reid. Vick will probably be in for a few reps here and there running the wildcat formation, running with the football, throwing the football, and executing flea flickers (a play in which Vick sells the run, tosses the ball back to McNabb, and McNabb launches a bomb down the field to one of the Eagles receivers. It should be interesting to see how things transpire.

Wildcat offense plus run 2 RB sets with Westbrook and Vick. Could also use him for Kickoff returns. If anything happens to Mcnabb than Vick can come in and be a decent backup.

McNabb is the quarterback of the eagles. Vick is on the team for coverage in case McNabb gets harm.Michael Vick is to the Eagles what Matt fortress became to the patriots final year.

A day before they signed him, Andy Reid said they had ZERO interest in him. One thought entered his mind. One name was zapped into his brain. ONE TEAM is all it took.
The Cowboys!
They needed Vick, to perhaps run the Wildcat offense, to beat the living tar out of the Cowboys. Yes, they were 1-1 against them last season, but they need a secret weapon to end all speculation that they are on even par with the dudes in Dallas. They needed Vick, to get over the hurdle, to get that ring on their fingers.
It happened! Lets hope Reid didn't screw up!

If they utilize the Wildcat (like Miami did last season), Vick will be QB in the Wildcat and he'll control the tempo.
And probably receiver (3rd or 4th)

They can move him around and try different things. Maybe run some wildcat with him as the QB. They'll try him as a WR, maybe a kick returner.

they are planning on him being their backup qb. he'll get used as a wr on some plays, but don't expect philly to start using the wildcat offense. without a legit #2 qb, he's going to be too valuable to risk getting injured.
