im tired of digging...if anyone can link me to the proposed healthcare bill so i can read the damn thing (and thus become more educated than most of congress) and have a reasonable opinion on it, i would be greatly appreciative

The republicans have no health care bill nor do they have any leadership or new ideas .Look kid when congress come off their summer break all the bills in the house and senate will be amended into one bill .
