well start your pc/laptop then click on start go to control panel.
Click on add or remove and wait a few sec. and then a big list will come of the things you've downloaded.or click start and click on all programs and a another list of stuff will come up in folder type click on the folder of the thing you want to remove . scroll down and you will see unistall _ _ _ _ ... (your programs name) if you dont see it then you can do the first step

On my Vista, go to Computer, C-drive, Program Files, then right-click to delete the selected file.
