Whats the deal with people not paying child support?

This is for men and women. The money from child support is to provide for the child...even if you feel like the other parent is using the money other ways. You know they still are providing those needs. The money goes in an account and they meet the childs needs and wants and their needs and wants.

I think some people maybe ordered topay an outrage amount but consider having a legal representative to help you out. I think it should be a cap and some expenses should be paid 50/50, but a standard universal amount would be a start....because anyone with kids know that it cost to raise them and then all the extra stuff we do beyond taking care of their basic needs.

Why do we have some men getting in trouble for back child support and some women out right refusing to pay?
