i would take foreign language classes so you can work with more clients and the us is moving that way anyway. join you schools debate team. my partner in debate is now a judge and several of the people we debated are lawyers or judges. you will need to know grammar an vocabulary so any classes along those lines is helpful. learning speed reading would be good too. any of the courses you mention would be okay. you want to have strong logic , reading . an speaking skills . typing class would help too.

take a number of classes from socially relevant areas. I'd recommend one or two in economics, philosophy, political science, history and the like. The point of these is to know how to be able to write and communicate your argument well. A good liberal arts education would serve you well.
