My account was stolen by one of those websites that says free ms pts and i was dumb enough to fall for it. he changed everything!!!!! email passowrd ganertag and everything. i tried to recover the password but it didnt work he changed the secret password and question. please someone help. ps. i already called xbox, they didnt help

It is gone and you cant get it back. Microsoft wont help you for losing your account because you tried to cheat and stuff for free your supposed to pay for.
Lesson learned, dishonestity will always bite your butt.

When a Site did that to me I called Microsoft and lied to them saying i didnt use one of those sites. Microsoft is all about money and if try n get **** free they go all crazy. Believe me call them back and if they ask about free MS points just say no.

call xbox live! and talk about it my bro acount sgot hack and it had my dad credit card on it but we got it back
