I need something to replace limewire for my mother. She really just used it to download ncis episodes as they came out to watch while she waits on dvd sets and a few other shows, nothing fancy. But she doesnt have the patience or interest to use torrents or whatnot. So whats a good substitute for that?

I am soon going to be testing for state state police and had some questions as this is all new to me.

I understand the physical agility testing and think Ill be fine with that but its the other things that worry me such as the written test.

I have no idea what kind of test it will be or what it will be like. I am honestly a horrible test taker. I am very intelligent and very capable but the problem is test taking. My brain shuts down, much like I may know don rickles entire library of jokes but when someone tells me to tell them a joke I blank. I also do not know what kinds of questions will be on it.

And I dont know what the oral interview will be like or what kinds of questions they will ask me. Im also looking for hints and such as to how to best present myself.

I am wanting to take a college course to better my chances for being hired by a police department but I am unsure of what would give me the best chances. I am just now starting to look into this and not sure where to begin. All I know is I didnt want to invest years in school because thats a lot of time and money spent and wasted if I cant get hired on someplace.

I am wondering if anyone has run into a problem I discovered today.

I have some questions about upgrades in mass effect 2.

1- When I am looking at upgrades to purchase it will say like "Assualt rifle damage 1/5" does the 1/5 mean I have found 1 of 5 possible upgrades in the game to research?

2- When I get weapon/armor/ship upgrades are the automatic from that point on or do I have to switch them out like the weapon mods from ME1?

Ok I recently started playing and Ive got my ship and out roaming the stars but I am still unsure on quite a few new things to the series. I read the manual and cant seem to find out the answers. Im playing it on 360 if it makes a difference. I just literally played ME1 through and now on 2 and there are so many changes to the interface Im not sure how to do stuff or what somethings mean.

1- Ive found weapon mods and such but how do I install them into my weapons? Same question for armor mod upgrades also.

2- Is there a way to compare weapons like in ME1 where you could see the differences?

3- When your on the galaxy map and it shows you moving your ship from planet to planet what does the percentage in the corner mean? I see a name I dont recognize and it just says 40% next to it.

On the yugioh trading card game thats out, what was the name of the first series of boosters released when it originally came out in the united states?

Friend of mine at goodwill called and said someone brought one in still in the box and he looked in it and said he didnt see a cdkey and is holding onto it for me to come and buy but Im wondering if anyone knows for sure that has it if it needs a cdkey or not. If it does then its not going to work obviously.

Ive seen these things in several places about 50 bucks or less from couple different manufacturers but didnt know if anyone actually had one and what they thought of it. But they have like nintendo and super nintendo slots in them so you can play either game in it. Be nice to put in my system shelf so I didnt have to get out the nes or snes when I wanted to play one.

I had a normal 2 plug outlet in the bedroom and a normal light switch that would control it to turn on and off whatever plugged into the top plug of the outlet.

Today I went to lowes and bought a duplex normal outlet for like .89 cents made by cooper and a normal single pole light switch from cooper for like .69 cents. I wired them exactly as they were and now the outlet is just always on and the light switch does nothing. I dont know what the problem is.

Please feel free to overexplain or talk down to me, Im not a electrician or anything, Im just handy is all. If I need something specific please tell me exactly what I need to find or ask for at lowes.

Ive been using these outlets in the house with no problems and been using these switches for the lights with no problem. It wasnt till I used a new switch to control a new outlet that I had problems.

I was looking at programs that claim to have free pc to phone calling but none of the ones I found were actually free or seemed to really work. Basically I just want to be able to call a phone number in the USA from my pc and Im in the USA also.

So Im looking at the 23 long boxes of comics I have in the downstairs family room lining the back wall and I want to get them off the floor and into some sort of filing system where I can stack them and be able to go through them easily at will.

But my problems are. 1- I dont have the money to buy like 5 filing cabinets or whatever, 2- Laundry room is where Id like to put them in the corner so space I want to go to is smaller and 3- I dont know how many comics I have but Ive got 23 long boxes worth of them (long boxes I have are roughly 3 feet long).

Any ideas? Id like to find something thats durable, stackable, not real expensive and will last me along time since I do take care of my stuff.

Im replacing lightbulbs in my house with the energy saver ones that supposedly last like 5 years or whatnot, but I notced the ones Ive been using downstairs put off like a yellowish color to their light and dull the colors in the room. I just yesterday painted it all white down here to.

But looking at things in the room or even my own skin everything has a slight yellow color to it and the walls dont look as white as they really are.

So whats a brand of long lasting energy saver bulbs that have a more natural or white color to them when lit?

Was playing fallout 3 today and I earned a xbox live achievement, I wasnt aware some pc games could do that and it added to my xbox live gamerscore. What other pc games have achievements for XBL like that out of curiosity.

I want something to record segments of games I am playing on my pc at the push of some designated button that does good quality output. Id like to have the best quality possible really.

I know about fraps but considering its 40 dollars and Im not really going to use it much I was hoping for a more free alternative.

Im playing the pc version of fallout 3 with none of the extra DLC just the core game itself. Im trying to install the new patch that came out but it keeps acting like it didnt install and Im trying to find a patch version in the game somewhere like some games have but Im not seeing it.
