why has obama lied again about health care?

Question

During his campaign when he was running against hillary and even mccain. He was putting down their health care plans.
He stated FULLY on many many occasions that He ALREADY HAD A PLAN ready to go.

now he is in office and has asked to make up a plan. He hasnt even gave them an outline of what he wanted. so where is this health care plan that he campaigned about and said was ready to go?
why does he keep lyng saying he has something but yet has nothing?
how can he promise things in the senate and house bill when he doesnt even know what it is? His own white house cabinet says they will raise taxes but he says n, why all the lies?

I think this is the same health care plan that Obama claims is backed by AARP when AARP denies that they have backed Obama's health care plan.

i'm assuming it is approximately PA (i don't visit unknown hyperlinks). fact one: The Hyde replace incredibly excludes federal investment for abortions *different than* for the lifestyles and wellbeing of the mummy. This has continuously been the case. fact 2: The PA intense risk pool incredibly excludes investment for optionally available abortions.

My favorite is , If someone says they love medicare, he will say they are going broke. 

But if someone says they dont want the Gov to step in. He will say Medicare is Gov ran and look how great that is.
