Thinkpad T43 water spill?
I accidentally lost my grip on a water bottle, and a moderate amount of water went flying towards the upper part of my T43's keyboard. It shut off almost immediately. I have it upside-down now, with a fan blowing on it. I know not to turn it on for a day or so, but please, is there anything else I should be doing to increase the chances of saving it? I don't know a whole lot about computers, so any info you can give me would be awesome!
Thank you in advance!

well, I would suggest keeping it open for better airation (even a word?) and to take off the battery pack and let it dry out (even if it seems no water is there) If it has a loose disk tray (one that easily slides in and out without pushing a button) keep it out too. Good luck, I hope it works out for you! Computers generally are pretty tuff stuff!

You have already done about as much as you can. Give it a day or so and give it a whirl.
I hope it's ok.
