It's The Undertaker. He beat every top superstars and giants on PPVs in his prime, to name Hulk Hogan, Kane, Stone Cold, Giant Gonzales, Yokozuna, Diesel, Mankind, King Kong Bundy, and also The Rock. Some of whom he beat more than once (such as Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold, and Mankind). Not only that after he passed his prime, he still beat rising stars/other veterans on PPVs such as Ric Flair, Triple H, John Cena, Kurt Angle, Mr.Kennedy, Randy Orton, Big Show, Batista, Edge. His PPV win loss record is great it's 78-44 (64%), better than other legends Shawn Michaels' 45-43 (51%) and Triple H 69-51(58%). Also, Undertaker has 17-0 WM undefeated streak. Without doubt, he's the best of the best and the most successful WWE wrestler ever.
