It depends what kind of thing you like...
Some suggestions:
A skinny girl looking in a mirror
A snake shedding its skin
A butterfly coming out of a cocoon
A like flower shoot or something coming out of the ground
Some kind of animal coming out of a shell
Something like that to show transformation and new growth!!
