No. First of all, abortion pills can be dangerous if prescribed to people with certain medical conditions, so it's necessary to get a doctor's prescription or something.

Second of all, abortion pills don't make the fetus magically disappear. They induce a miscarriage, complete with bad cramping, bleeding, etc. From what I hear from women who've used them, you'll be in bed anywhere from a couple days to a week.

Then, using an abortion pill actually requires multiple clinic visits. So, it's more times you'll have to 'go somewhere' than if you got a regular abortion, and it's quite a bit riskier, too.
