SIMPLE FREE video crop tool?

i need a simple, free video crop tool. That's it. I also want a way to preview my video. no one has helped me with this yet.

it needs to be simple, andSIMPLE TO DOWNLOAD!!! some of you give me site links and i never can find out what/ where to download!!!!!

    best programs for video editing resizing or cropping.

    I'd like to recommend movavi video suite to you, it supports mp4 video. It's not free, but you have 10 times free trial without any limitation.
