Is it cheaper to buy at the boxoffice than via online?

I'm looking for rascal flatts tickets at the Savemart Center in Fresno...but a "convienence charge" there is $12...& hey, $12 is $12....lol. but generally is it cheaper to just buy on-site? (before the event obviously) ;P

it is cheaper to buy on the spot, but you may not get a ticket. i get my tickets online since im willing to pay the convienence charge just to make sure i have a ticket to the event i want to attend.
