When is it illegal to back into, and park your car and why?
A bar I was at had sighs that said its illegal to park, backed in, in the parking spots......why?

Wisconsin here....we have both front and back plates.

Does your state have both front and rear license plates on cars and pickups? Backing into a parking stall would conceal a rear-only license plate. That could be a legitimate reason.
