Is this really what the American taxpayer has to pay billions of dollars of our hard earned money for?

"Report: Chrysler to build Fiat 500 in Mexico.", from AP. It looks as though our hard earned money is going to support the mexican government and people, rather than the people and industry of the USA! One would think that after the billions of dollars poured into Chrysler and GM, that at least one of the restrictions would have been to require expansion of these companies to be limited to the USA! After all, this is the primary concern of the American people, not the growth of any Mexican Industry! However I do understand that this will benefit, greatly, those who are so concerned with uniting the North American Continent under one socialist government. This is reminiscent of the way in which Nazi Germany first began it's campaign against the world. Hopefully this one won't end in a bloody war, but that's debatable

Update:

I'm quite aware of what the average Chrysler Union worker makes. My brother is a devout union member who is employed by Chrysler, at their Kokomo,IN plant, although he has been laid off for nearly three years now. His base wage isn't anywhere near $75.00 per hour. It's like $35 perhour and he is skilled trades, so your information is entirely wrong. It actually appears that you are paying way too much attention to CNN and all the other sheeple networks.

I would love to hear the BO spin on this one. We were done, again. He will tell you how much more wonderful your life will be because of government incompetence. We can't put pro american provisions in these money burning sessions, we should have let them fall. We can't even find a pro american president.

The average chrysler union autoworker makes $75/hour, thats $133,000 per year. How much do you think the average mexican autoworker gets paid?............ $3.50/hour.

Instead of "Socialist" this and "NAZI" maybe you should be blaming the unions. Of course, everyone is afraid of the unions so that's not going to happen.

    EDIT---

Even if my source is incorrect, @ $35/hour thats $72,800 per year. Show that number to the rest of the country that works in non-union technical positions. The average household income is around $40k.

Either way it doesn't matter what he gets paid, it will still be a lot more than what mexican labor is and since this is a capitalist society they are free to do what they want.

I think they shouldn't have been bailed out either. Subsidizing a failed corporation is about as anti-capitalist as you can get. I just wanted you to think about ALL of the factors instead of NAZI this and Socialism that.

This is a loose-loose for everyone (except Chrysler) thank your politicians (both sides) for this!
