Trade Ichiro for Josh Johnson?
This is an 8 team HTH league...I'm currently in first place 3 weeks out from the start of the playoffs. I made the trade thinking it would sure up my team for playoff time. Do you think it was a smart decision? Please dont respond back with something negative about Josh Johnson. I know he's not a household name quite yet, but if you look at his stats hes been LIGHTS OUT this year, and is ranked in the top 20 in yahoo. Heres the rest of my team:

I'd have done it in a heartbeat. Getting Hunter back from the DL lessens the blow of losing Ichiro, and make no mistake, Johnson is a stud, and will help you down the stretch.

Here's the thing about pitching this late in the season. They only have at most seven starts left.
If this were a trade that took place a lot earlier in the season then I would say good deal, but in a head-2-head league where everyday matters just as much as the next. I say you may have given up too much for a guy that plays once a week.
