Physical Education Curriculum?

Starting the new year and want more strenuous warm-up routines. i am implementing a circuit work out regime using sit-ups, push-ups, ab rollers(using scooters) Would appreciate a few new ideas to incorporate into my curriculum.

    What grade are you teaching? I'm a PE teacher and I've taught undergraduate education students how to teach PE. I'm looking at making a curriculum for various grades and I've got lots of ideas.
