Limewire music won't show up when I try to move it to my iTunes library...?
Will someone please give me step-by-step instructions to get it to my iTunes library?
Thank you!!!!
None of this is working, guys...
I'm still not seeing anything anywhere. I've searched everywhere for the files, and they aren't anywhere.
I have iTunes open, and under the 'Shared' file, it's got SOME of the songs. But not all of them. And I can't get them over to the Library, anyway.
I don't have anything about iTunes when I go to the Download tab...

Yes this has also happened to me before. I'm guessing you're trying to drag the files from the download window directly into the iTunes music folder.
For some reason, it used to work for me when I tried that, but stopped somewhere along the line.
The only solution I've found is to find out where your Limewire saved your music files to (usually it's C:/Program Files/Limewire). Open that folder and drag and drop them.

first you have to hit the FILE button
then look for the ADD FOLDER TO LIBRARY and hit that
then a little pop up should come up and you have to search for the Limewire folder and your music should be saved in the saved file once you find limewire so double click on SAVED if you have any more questions let me know!!! I do this all the time
it wont be in the shared file, all your songs should be in the SAVED file under limewire

Girl dont you know that stuff puts viruses or your computer??? But you take the song from limewire. (itunes needs to be open too) and drag that song into itunes and drop it under the (all) music folder.

Try this: open up the folder where all your Limewire songs are. Select them, and then drag and drop them straight into iTunes. If that doesn't solve your issue I don't know what will...
