When you look at the top 4, Knights have beat them all comfortably. I'm not exactly confident but I'm hoping they will go as far as they can.

Pretty damn unlikely, and i say that as a big newcastle fan, that's just the reality.
However it's not impossible, like the other person said we have beaten the top 4 teams before so if we get to the semi's and more, never say never. It'd be awesome if they did!!

No chance, but if they beat the Cowboys in Newcastle on the weekend they will likely make the back end of the 8.

Very UNLIKELY, saying that as a newcastle supporter. hope they do, but they have lost many key players over the years. GO KNIGHTS! woo! :]

This year isnt going to be it for us but I wouldnt be surprised if in the next 1-2 years we will be right up there.

With all the problems within and lack of real direction from a coaching perspective, I think it is fair to say they will struggle to make the finals

I think they'll scrape in to the 8 and then face either Dragons or Bulldogs in wk 1 and they'll be out.

They won't even get past the Cowboys this week. The honeymoon for the stand-in coach will be all over.
