This is a tough question because no one really knows the depth of any team's minor league system but that team's fans. The only exceptions are a few studs that are in AA or AAA. Being a Phillies fan, I'm going to have to say the phils have the best minor league system in total though they suffered a hit when they traded all those guys for Cliff Lee. I don't really know who's on the Single A teams but Domonic Brown just moved up to double and at the beginning of the 2009 season he was projectedas the number 1 prospect in the organization. I believe he will be a future all-star. Michael Taylor has exceeded all expectations. He's a 6'6, 250 lb, monster with all 5 tools. He moved up to AAA recently and he will definatly be an all-star. Kyle Drabek just moved up to AA also and he's supposed to be the top pitching prospect in the organization and he'll be really good one day, potentially an all-star and he's still about 20 years old.
Carrasco RHP, Lou Marson C and Jason Donald IF are three of the four prospects that go sent to Cleveland in the Cliff Lee/Ben Francisco trade and according to the website on the league, by 2012 Donald was going to be the starting 3rd baseman, Donald the starting catcher and Carrasco in the rotation. For a Phillies team that just won the world series, that's a pretty big feat for all those young guys (all under 24).

by far the Texas Rangers....just look at all the young guys on the rangers that went throught the system....SS # 1 Elvis Andrus, P # 30 Neftali Feliz, C # 2 Taylor Teagarden, and P #45 Derek Holland are just a few who have made it out of the Texas Rangers amazing farm system....Also the Cleveland Indians have upgraded their farm systems with their latest aquisitions in the past month in a half

The Orioles, they have a 19 year old that can throw the ball 100 mph, and a lot of first and second round picks that were pitchers, now if only we could get a bullpen.

i would say boston or the angels ( Mostly Boston). They have always had a great farm system. I would say that Josh Reddick, Lars Anderson, Casey Kelly, Michael Bowden, or Aaron Bates will be great one day for Boston.
