I have curls like that too...well had. Before I never did anything with my hair beside a ponytail because my hair was so messy. My hair was really dry from dying my hair and straightening. I hated my curly hair for the longest time! It always got tangled of poof up after brushing it and it made me look like I didn't care for my hair...which in a way I didn't.
First off, you might want to get a hair cut and get rid of those dry ends you may have. Also, be sure to get your hair cut regularly(about every two to three months).
Second, buy a good shampoo and conditioner! I use herbal essences, the purple bottle called totally twisted. It smells great and it really helps with my hair. Always use conditioner! Some people recommend not washing your hair everyday, but I can't do that...so you can just not shampoo your hair and use your conditioner as a shampoo. You should shampoo your hair twice a week.
Third, You may want to get a serum or leave in conditioner, apply it before styling when you hair is damp. Don't comb your hair while when it's dry. Comb it when it's damp. This just avoid frizziness. Also, don't towel dry you hair. After you shower squeeze out the water from your hair use a serum or leave in conditioner and then apply some mousse. Mouse really helps shape up your curls. You don't need to apply a lot. I separate my hair into two and apply the mousse( this helps to get the back of your hair moussed up as well). If you want, you can add a little hairspray to help keep the curls how they look when their wet.
That's how I keep my hair and now I love it. People are always coming up and touching(saying how pretty it looks). My hair now is a so much bouncier and shiny. Hope I helped! Also, there is a video on Youtube that has some tips for curly hair. Check it out!

Finding a good conditioner will help with the dryness and the tangles. There are also some great "no-tangles" sprays out there--Loreal is the first that comes to mind. Look for products geared specifically toward curly hair. Search for styles, too--you might want to try a new haircut to make your curls more manageable, or you could just try different ways of wearing your hair. Scarves can be helpful, and curls in particular look cute in the "undone bun."

Well,
If only some of your hair is curled then you could like change the curls into a different colour, for example if you have blonde hair, could make the curls brown/black/light brown/purple/pink etc
you know.
Or if you have black you could make those blonde or something.
You get what I mean.
