Skinny jeans sounds great! for the shirt, i would go with a badge cami or tank with this cardigan (http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog_name=... on top. wear old jewelry, such as a long gold necklace or gold earrings. and gold shoes or like shoes with gold as a main color. the outfit is really casual but cute. for ur hair, keep it curly and pull it into a side ponytail or a half-way-up ponytail with ur bangs (if u have them) out.

well denim skinny jeans are always cute and then add a graphic t-shirt. add a pair of bright ballet flats and wear your hair down (keep the natural curl) and your good to go :)
