Is hurricane Bill coming to eastern Canada?

I read an article saying it's coming in the Ontario/Quebec region on saturday but is that true? What regions is it heading too?

The latest track forecasts do bring it very close or even over far eastern Canada, specifically Nova Scotia and then Newfoundland, sometime next Sunday/Sunday night. Bill will not be as strong then as it will be in a less favorable environment due to stronger atmospheric winds and colder water.

No, that is not true. Hurricane bill is forcasted to hit nova scotia late sunday night/ early monday morning as a strong category 1 hurricane or a week category 2
