If I go to a question to see how many thumbs up/down I have, I will refresh and the numbers will keep going up and down. Are the numbers real? Why is this happening?

It's a glitch and everyone has noticed it. I'm just ignoring the ratings system until they get this bug fixed.

Yes are real ,the people choose which answer is good so is up, or when is not so good,the thumbs are down.Is you add all how many up and how many down, yes, is a number, a real number
