Can married veterans, both receiving disability compensation, each claim household dependents?
I found in an old forum, but with no citation or link to law, that spouses receiving disabled veterans compensation can claim each other and all dependent children. I searched through Title 38, but could not find a yes or no to this question.

(I'm doing an online course and don't have an instructor present) My textbook asks me to determine functional dependencies and convert into 3NF. However, I don't recognize what I'm looking at. Is this a table view? Is it a statement that supposedly creates a table? I don't understand the second set of quotes.

The display on my L675 S7048 is flickering badly. My whites turn pink, and my blues turn green. I see it when windows starts, even the Microsoft logo has tiny green dots all around it. Sometimes it seems fine, sometimes it goes crazy. When I connect an external monitor via RGB, there are no problems with the second monitor, while my laptop screen still flickers.

I want to make a database with names and pictures of potential employees. The employees will be grouped by profession. (Cook, Gardener, Nanny, Driver, etc.) Once a potential employer clicks on the picture it will bring up the employee's application and certifications. What program should I use?
