Did TSA stop stamping passports when leaving the US?
I guess it wouldn't be TSA, but immigration. Are they not stamping passports? Someone said they are "electronic" now.

I don't remember every having an exit stamp from the US in all my years of travel. Foreigner's carry an Arrival-Departure Record card (I-94) that is handed in on departure from the US in lieu of having passports checked and stamped.

Basically there is no Immigration to go through when leaving the US either by air, sea and on land. People only need to go through US Immigration when entering the Country.
When flying overseas, airlines need to check our passport, and visa if required, before issuing boarding passes. After that passengers just need to go through TSA airport security, there is no Immigration check point for outgoing flights, thus no stamping for any passports whatsoever.
The US Immigration keeps track of when we've left the US through the airlines' and cruises' manifests, but wouldn't know if we went over land
