Can married veterans, both receiving disability compensation, each claim household dependents?

I found in an old forum, but with no citation or link to law, that spouses receiving disabled veterans compensation can claim each other and all dependent children. I searched through Title 38, but could not find a yes or no to this question.

Update:

I appreciate the effort so far. But, again. No sources in the answers. CFR: Title 38. Pensions, Bonuses, and Veterans' Relief. I'm asking about dependent status in regards to disability compensation. Not asking about taxes.

Update 2:

I didn't realize this automatically posted in the taxes category. Since there isn't a veteran's or a disability category, I will stop checking here. Thanks again for the effort.

The VA website says yes, you both list everybody.   (Yes, I looked.  This is in FAQ section.). Taxes are different.

Your source was BS when it was new.

They can't claim each other, and any dependent children can only be claimed ONCE.

You cannot claim each other, you file jointly.  A spouse is never a dependent.  No reason they cannot claim their dependent children.

    Just like normal people

Of course not.  ONE of you can claim the kids.
