Cut up a concert T-shirt?

Me and my friend made these rad t-shirts cause we're going to Warped Tour xD But I want mine to be different, and I thought the best way to do that would be to introduce the shirt to my scissors.

Any good tutorials?

    I especially like the slashed back t-**** that they show you how to make.

    I have a t-shirt that always gets compliments and all I did to it was make cuts from the hem line upwards (about 5 inches) and used lots of safety pins to hold the fabric together, with larger ones nearer the hem and about 4 different sizes slowly getting smaller as you go up. (I hope that makes sense, it's hard to describe without pictures!)
