To unclog your ears, first try the Valsalva maneuver. Breathe in through your mouth and pinch your nose lightly such that you can barely breathe through it. Then, exhale gently and if they aren't too badly clogged your ears will pop. Another option is to fill your mouth with air and gently push it upwards towards your nose... you should feel a rising pressure and the sensation in your ears which should pop.
Other options include taking medicine. Something like Claritin D or Sudafed should, over the course of the day, loosen up the mucus or whatever is clogging your ears. It is also helpful to take long steamy showers where you breathe the steam in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Also, try drinking more water. The more you drink the more whatever is clogging your ears will become diluted - making it easier for it to drain.
Other than that, see a doctor or an ENT. They may prescribe something stronger like Nasonex. Never put anything into your ear, especially liquids and burning objects, without the advice of your doctor.

First I have to tell you that the one answer given, to hold your nose and blow through it is definitely not the thing to do. You can hurt your ears this way.
If your ears have water in them from swimming you can use a mixture of half vinegar and half alcohol. This will dry up the water and kill any bacteria in the ear canal. You can also buy drops at any drug store that will do the same thing. Just look for drops for Swimmers Ear.
If your ears are clogged from sinus congestion try to avoid bending your head forward and take a decongestant/antihistamine, which will help clear your sinuses out.
If your ears are clogged from changing altitudes you can try chewing gum. This is what a lot of people do when the go on airplanes.
I hope one of these will take care of your problem.

Lie on your side and use an eydropper to drop Hydrogen Peroxide in your ear. Let it sit until it feels like it's behind your eye. When you ear canal is clear the Hydrogen Peroxide should stop bubbling. Btw, this will itch like crazy for a bit. Just try to ignore it.

You could try a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water. 1/10 part hp 90% water. You like a eye dropper or something to hold the mixture and squeeze it into your ear. (lay on the opposite side of your head) Leave it in until the popping sound stop them tip your head until all the liquids are gone, repeat and stop when your finally hear better. You'll know alot of stuff was drained.

It depends on how if it is something that has been there for a day or more you need to see and ENT that is an ear nose and throat Doctor. because if i you ear is clogged behind the ear drum you need to have a tub pot in to drain it. you don't want to try it your self you could really hurt your self the ear is a delicate system.

If it is full of water:
This is going to sound weird but lean your head to the side with the clogged ear close to your shoulder and jump a few times.

never stick anything in your ears, because there is a chance you could pop or mess up your ear drum really bad. so i say go to the doctor and get them flushed out. that would help a lot if your earwax build up is really bothering you.
