Your guinea pig has an upper repertory infection and needs to see an vet ASAP and that needs to be an EXOTIC vet. I do not want to hear any excuses about not getting him there, you chose to cage him for your pleasure it is your responsibility to get him medical help when he needs it, not when you feel like it or when it is convenient to you. Money or distance is never a good enough excuse, borrow the money then have a yard sale tomorrow to raise it to pay it back. From the discretion of your guinea pig it will not be alive by tomorrow with out vet intervention. I do not mean to be harsh, this is just life, and being responsible.
Guinea pigs are prey animals and hide the fact they are ill until they are in the acute stage, this is how they service in the wild but it makes it hard to get them medical care in a timely manner as pets. As soon as we see systems we MUST get them help.

A perfect guinea pig weight-help plan is seventy 5 % hay, 20% nutrition c fortified guinea pig pellets, and 5% vegetables/fruit. Bread is doubtless out of the question as they without situation won't devour it. Carrots, romaine lettuce, kale, collard vegetables, celery, spinich, slightly apple, are some excellent vegetables for guinea pigs

Feed him as much vitamin C as you can, force feed if you have to. I'm sorry but from what you have described, your piggy is going downhill, and fast. Not sure if even a vet could help you, as it sounds very advanced. When they ruff up and don't move, you generally have less then 24 hours to get them seen to if a vet can do anything.
Remember you need an exotics vet, and just pump him full of vitamin C. From all the vet shows on T.V these days all i have seen them give animals is a shot of cortisone, unless surgery can save them, and after the stage you have described, our g/pigs have passed away, no matter what we tried, so I am sooo sorry to have to say this, but unless you can get him eating oranges and HIGH amounts of hay and vit. C, you will lose him.

you need to take him to a vets, guinea pigs don't eat or drink if they're not well and lose weight and condition really quickly - in fact that will finish them off quicker than most illnesses will
you'll need to syringe feed him, but that's something the vet needs to show you how to do properly or you could cause him a fair bit of damage

having owned a guinea pig in the past, the symptoms which your pet is having clearly aren't good. He must be taken to the vet immediately. However if you cannot I suggest one thing, not to bother him. There is not much that you can do because you don't know the problem. just let him be, you can sit by him but do not bother him, he might be in pain and is sick and doesn't want to be move around or bothered. Try not to make to much noise or disturb him, just take him to the vet he need attention

I'm sorry to hear about your guinea- Keep him comfy until you can get him to the vets, and keep him company, not by holding him, as he may be in pain if you do, but by talking calmly to him, he'll feel reasurred to hear your voice, and won't be lonely, maybe you could gently pet him, and keep company with him as much as possible. Get him to the vets as quick as you can, but meanwhile keep himm company while he's not feeling to good. If you do this then you are doing the best you can- so wellldone.
I really hope your guinea is okkay and gets better again, but usually these signs aern't too good... I'm Sorry... :(

Just keep a close eye on him and feed him water with Vit. C drops in it through a syringe. I usually do not suggest using the drops for the water because it can make them not like the taste, but this is a life or death situation, and he needs to keep up his Vit. C intake. Other than that get to the vet as soon as you can. Best of Wishes! :)
Answer mine please? :)
