chilton library question?

i have seen someone on here answer a question in auto repairs area and they gave a forum website to go and click on it someone please help it it is a free website but i cant get it to load because it tell me to do other stuff it was listed on a forum site as chiltonslibrary,com but it doesnt work someone please help me i need it thanks
