hello i have a 1972 ford torino 302 engine ..i bought it without a flywheel and have no idea what siz i need ..i know i need a 28 oz flywheel but there is 2 different measurements ..10 1/2 and 11 inch flywheels ,, how do i go about getting the right size for mine,, is there a way to measure what i need .. i am putting a 1985 t5 transmission behind it because its going in a 85 mustang i was told by a few people i can use that transmission but had to have the 28 oz because after 81 they used 50oz and the 50 oz is 10 inchso please help me guys ..thanks for reading

i have a 1972 ford 302 engine and im trying to find out what transmission will bolt right up to it ..manual transmission is what i want ... thinking of putting it in a late 80s to early 90s mustang but my problem is will the 5.0 transmission bolt up to it? ..asking because i dont want to buy the mustang if it will not work thanks

hi i have a 96 plymouth neon and i was wondering if anyone can tell me what transmissions will fit it it is a 2.0 sohc automatic ..tell me the years and what type of car i can get it from ...thanks and i need this asap

now i got it home and changed the egr and passanger side cv and drove it around a while then the next day the drivers side cv broke cuz there were no blots in the transmission to the motor support mount so the transmission droped and broke the cv joint car came to a stop fast..now i replace the cv and put the transmission back up and now it doesnt run only in reverse in every gear ..only cranks in neutral..please help me thanks

my brother in law got a 1977 ford f100 custom and it is a 300 with a 3 on the tree transmission and i cant find out what kind it is i learned how to tell the difference of a c4 and c6 automatic but not the manual transmission so anyone out there to help me ? thanks

will a 2.2 litre gmc engine work in a 96 gmc jimmy it is a 4x4 but i dont like it and want to change to 2 wheel drive and wonder if the 2.2 will work in it with a few changes if so what changes will i need to make the motor is out of a 2000 sonoma king cab

how do i put fluid in the transfer case ...replaced the transmission and was wondering if i put the fluid in the tranny and start it up and let it run will it put the fluid in the transfer case or i have to put it in ? please help

hi i just bought a transmission for my 1996 gmc jimmy 4x4 and i was wondering if anyone knows the easiest way to take the old one out or know of a web site i can see ...i was shot 1 year ago and have no strenth to take it all out (tranny and transfur case) is there a way i can take the transfur case out then the transmission ???
